When Position Green came to us, they were in a time crunch, with a specific wish list for their new office space.
Their current office lease was ending in a few months, and meant they needed to give two months’ notice.

Moreover, they wanted a new office that embraced a more relaxed, less corporate vibe, reflecting their unique company culture and fostering a welcoming environment for their team.

Presenting the options: Jeni explored over 30 office space options from a variety of providers, showcasing a diverse range of sizes, locations, amenities, and price points, to best pinpoint exactly what the Position Green team preferred for their new office space.
Simplifying decision-making: Together with the Position Green team, we weighed the pros and cons of each option, diving into important factors like proximity to public transport, natural light, meeting room availability, and, of course, the overall culture and vibe of each space.
Viewing the shortlisted offices: We booked a viewing day with their top office spaces within a week, so they could see them in-person and ask any questions they had for each space.
Tweaking the brief: After viewing their shortlisted office spaces, the Position Green team decided to expand their office search to include the King’s Cross area, and we arranged for another day of viewing soon after with a new shortlist of amazing office spaces.
Sharing proposals: After viewing the new office spaces, we liaised with each space to send proposals to the Position Green team, putting together a simplified price comparison sheet for ease.
Second viewings: The Position Green team chose four office spaces as their top picks, so we arranged second viewings at their request
Negotiating: Our team worked hard to negotiate a great deal for their new space, ensuring Position Green got the best price possible.
Signing the contract: We worked with their chosen office space to put together Position Green’s contract for their new office space — job done!
