1. FBC, Clerkenwell
Constructed in the 1930s, the building has its roots in London's industrial past, originally serving as a bustling print works. It miraculously made it through the war and the Bliz unscathed and in the 80s it was bought by the same family who still run it today. When they took over the building they decided to give it a new lease of life by transforming it into offices. Today, the offices available at FBC Clerkenwell have a nice industrial feel to them with large windows, high ceilings and even the original wooden parquet flooring.

3. Michelin House, Chelsea
Originally constructed and designed in 1911 for the Michelin Tyer Company, this building still has many of the original features including the standout stained glass mural windows. These all feature the iconic and instantly recognisable 'Michelin Man'. This art deco building is now home to over 40 offices all operated by serviced office provider Argyll who are renowned in the industry for the amazing concierge service they provide to all their clients.
4. Landmark, Kings Cross
The history of this iconic building next to Kings Cross station is up for debate, but regardless there really is a lighthouse on top! This Victorian building was originally built in the 1870s and apparently used to hold a popular oyster bar. However, some say that it used to be a helter-skelter fairground ride. The building is now home to Landmark Kings Cross which opened in 2022 after extensive renovations. The offices available here benefit from access to a lovely communal roof terrace as well as high-tech meeting rooms.
5. Missionworks, Hammersmith
This beautiful Grade II listed building was originally built in 1882 as a church. During the 70s it was taken over and converted into a studio for a local artist. Now, the building has been transformed into an incredible coworking and office space. Missionworks describe the building now as an 'urban oasis' and the space is filled with beautiful natural light and lots of plants.
6. The Ministry, Borough
The history of this amazing office is twined with the legendary Ministry of Sound. The Ministry of Sound opened in 1991 and quickly became one of London's most influential nightclubs, driving the evolution of dance music culture across the city. In the wake of its success, they opened The Ministry. Converted from an empty 50,000 sq.ft warehouse, it has been transformed into one of London's best and most exclusive office spaces. Members here benefit from a rich cultural and music events program. The Ministry really is the definition of work hard play hard!
7. Boutique Workplace Holborn Town Hall, Holborn
Holborn Town Hall was originally built in the late 19th Century and was used as a town hall for the local council up until the 60s when it was then converted into a restaurant and offices. The Boutique Workplace Company now operate the building and recently completed a beautiful renovation, adding a modern touch to this beautiful grade II listed site. The most impressive feature (apart from the amazing marble spiral staircases), has to be the old courtroom which has been transformed into the most amazing breakout space.
8. FORA Belle House, Victoria
FORA Belle House is uniquely located within Victoria Station. This London office space has a special place in the city's history, being nestled next to platform 1 of the station. This strategic location links it intrinsically to the rich heritage of Victoria Station, one of London's most iconic transport hubs, tracing its history back to the mid-19th century. The office space itself has all the breakout space, meeting rooms and phone booths you could want as well as being well-soundproofed against the noise of the station just outside its doors!
9. Workspace Centro Buildings, Camden
The Centro Buildings are located on Mandela Road in Camden, this road was renamed in the 80s to honour the late Nelson Mandela. This was common practice during the time in a joint protest against the British Government and the apartheid in South Africa. The international anti-apartheid movement used to have its headquarters on this street during the 80s and there is now also a large mural of Nelson Mandela on the side of one of the buildings.
10. Knotel at Old Sessions House, Farringdon
The remarkable Old Sessions House in Clerkenwell is an iconic building, constructed in the 18th century. Today, it stands as an elegant workspace, reflecting the grandeur of its past while meeting the needs of modern businesses.
