LABS Victoria House has unsurprisingly secured a spot in the top ten of The Tallys top 100 list. This Grade II venue is located in the heart of Holborn and is so loved by its users for their member events (breakfast and drinks socials being just a few of them) as well as an onsite café, loads of meeting room and phone booth space and even a spacious onsite gym.

We spoke with Lydia Lebosquet-Wright, the Marketing Manager of LABS who chatted to us about what makes LABS so special.
Take us back to the beginning, how did it all start?
LABS began its journey in 2015 with the opening of its first building. Since then, we have steadily grown to 11 building portfolios across Camden and Holborn. Notably, LABS gained recognition for the careful restoration and transformation of Victoria House, winning Workplace Interior of The Year at The Designer Awards for this location.

How does the LABS model work?
