Take us back to the beginning, how did it all start?
Founded in 2013, the complexities of finding and securing a traditional office are immense, time-consuming and overly complex for someone who is not well-versed in the property market. With a gap in the market for luxury commercial real estate solutions in unique London stock buildings; WorkPad offered a tailored approach to meet the needs of tenants in the flexible office market. All our buildings are period, with many being Grade 2 listed, and we try as much as possible to maintain their original charm and character, which perfectly fits in line with our locations. From there we have grown the business beyond just Serviced Offices, we now offer, bespoke design services, Asset Management, Agency, HQ offices, and Facilities Management.

How does the Workpad model work?
The vision of WorkPad was, and remains, to create and provide a simple solution for our clients and partners – a space that provides unbranded, high-value, discreet office space for businesses to profile their own brand. Whether this is for a sole occupier in one of our serviced office buildings, or a large company taking on a 100,000 sq ft self-contained building.
