That’s why we host The Tallys each year, since 2022: to celebrate the best office environments and share what makes them truly special.
Our aim is to highlight workspaces that excel not only in design but also in creating a supportive and inspiring environment for their teams.
The Tallys are not just about recognising stunning office spaces; they’re about showcasing how these spaces impact people’s work lives.
We want to bring attention to workplaces that contribute positively to their communities and support their members’ personal and professional growth.
Through The Tallys, we aim to inspire other businesses to create similar environments that benefit both their employees and the broader community — and to boost the awareness of the amazing workplaces that make the cut!
How we choose our winners
It’s tough to choose the best of the best when the competition’s so fierce.
But we’re the experts in workspaces, so we know what makes a great office space.
First, we take into consideration the number of votes each nominated venue receives — it’s a clear indicator that they’re doing something their members love!
Then, we look at each nominated workspace individually, bringing the collective knowledge of our team and comments from our customers to handpick the winners.
We also have a few core categories to judge each nominated venue:
Best On-Site Team: For this category, we evaluate how the workspace engages with and supports its local community. In fact, according to this 2019 study, when employees are satisfied with their workplace facilities, they feel more positive about their work environment, which, in turn, can improve their productivity. So an efficient and supportive workspace team really can make a difference.
Best Eco-Friendly Space: Sustainability goals for businesses are more important now than ever — not just for minimising our collective impact on the environment, but also for employee wellbeing. This category celebrates the workspace that we feel is doing the most to help the environment.
Most Instagrammable Space: A good-looking workplace isn’t just easy on the eyes — it actually contributes to job satisfaction and means employees can look forward to coming into the office.
Neighbourhood Impact: A workspace’s influence extends beyond its walls and into the surrounding community. Exceptional workspaces not only excel in providing a productive environment for their teams but also positively contribute to their local areas. Whether it’s through fostering local partnerships, supporting community initiatives, or enhancing the area’s overall vibrancy, these workspaces set a standard for how businesses can be a force for good.

The Tallys: Top 10 Workspaces of 2024
After a thorough review process, we’ve selected the top 10 workspaces that are truly redefining the office experience in 2024.
Each of these spaces has impressed us with their exceptional design, thoughtful features, and positive impact on their members and communities.
