York House also features advanced sustainable materials such as flooring made from recycled tyres and laminated timbers, a rainwater harvest system and natural air ventilation, the Work Space has achieved a BREEAM excellent certification. The terraces stretching the length of the 7th floor are clad in plum-coloured bricks and offer additional outdoor space for gatherings such as alfresco meetings and lunches.
