Environmental Credentials

OSiT is fully committed to a sustainable future, with a sustainability policy focused on reducing environmental footprint by improving energy and water efficiency as well as diverting waste from landfill. The team understands the importance of investing in renewable energy sources, such as solar panels and wind turbines, in addition to following green practices throughout their buildings. OSIT strives to continuously improve their sustainability policies and initiatives, ensuring that all of their buildings are equipped with the necessary resources to minimise environmental impact. Steps have been taken to install motion-censored lighting in all our buildings and to use LED lighting where possible. Their cleaning company also recycles 50% of waste on average across the portfolio, and they are currently initiating the use of eco-friendly cleaning products. Furthermore, OSiT has partnered with Open Energy and Cool Earth to purchase green energy in an effort to reduce deforestation and tackle climate change. Through this collaboration, Office Space in Town have contributed to rainforest protection by saving 397 acres of land and 95,280 trees.
